Villa Country House Poggiolo welcomes its guests in rooms and suites of a XIX century villa divided in three level. The building was deeply restored but it has been able to kept its original spaces and structural characteristics.
The Villa is located at the center of the park.
On the ground floor, there is Poggiolo’s wide entrance hall and its lounge with fireplace, where the guests can sit, talk and relax, watch SAT TV or read a good book. There are also two breakfast room and local service rooms (a large kitchen, storage rooms, toilets).
During the summer breakfast is served on the porch in front.
On the first floor and second floor there are the bedrooms (double and twin ones) and suites for Poggiolo’s guests. All rooms are decorated in the style of the building's age, furniture, chandeliers and curtains reflect the tendency of the taste of late nineteenth century.
The Villa offers B&B accommodation. You can also rent the whole villa for a day or more.
Breakfast is served between 8.30 and 10.30.
Poggiolo’s guests have free use of swimming pool, tennis court, bicycles.

Cancellation of bookings
Nothing is owed (repayment of any paid) if cancellation occurs up to 60 days before arrival.
30% of the total amount if the cancellation occurs between 59 and 30 days before arrival.
50% of the total amount if the cancellation occurs between 29 and 10 days before arrival.
100% of the total cost of stay if the cancellation occurs less than 10 days before arrival.
