The entire property can accommodate up to 48 people: Country House Villa Poggiolo is divided in 18 rooms and the cottages of Poggiolo Farmhouse have different apartments which can host almost 30 people.

Both the Villa and the cottages are plunged in an English park of 2 hectares where trees, lawns, and shady walkways make it an unique and unparalleled place in the area.

The guest can freely use Poggiolo’s swimming pool (m.16 x 8), clay tennis court and bicycles.

Arrival time: from 16.30 to 19.00
Departure time: 10.00

Wood for the fireplace; Water, electricity, gas  supply; Fresh bed, bath and kitchen linen. 


Services not included: 
Heating; Daily cleaning; Weekly cleaning; Final cleaning; Daily fresh linen change; Use of laundry.
Breakfast (where it is not included): € 5 per person. 

Additional charge for final cleaning: from 50.00 Euro.
