Apartment Fienile (The Hay Loft) is a small independent house of around 45 square meters. It is divided in 2 floors and it has its own private garden. On the ground floor there are the living room and the kitchenette; on the first floor there are a double bedroom and a bathroom. This is a romantic and private getaway, quite far away from the villa.

Apartment Lila (named for the Lilacs in the private garden) was originally the estate gatehouse. This charming two-floor home has a living room with fireplace, a double bedroom, a twin room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

Apartment Geranio is a 2 floor house with 2 apartments.
The first apartment (Geranio 1) is 50 square meters. It has a kitchen, a living room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. The private garden is charming at any time of year.
The second apartment (Geranio 2) is 40 square meters. It has a living room with kitchenette and fireplace, a double bedroom, a bathroom and its own garden.

Geranio 2: kitchenette, bedroom (2), bathroom, private garden, fireplace.

Apartment Gelsomina (the Jasmine) is a large studio apartment on the ground floor with a living room, kitchenette, double bedroom and a bathroom. Gelsomina’s walls are made of stone and it offers you a private, comfortable and casual atmosphere. The private garden has unobstructed views of the lower gardens and fields.

Apartment Ortensia (named after the Hydrangea) is a loft of 40 square meters. On the ground floor there are the living room with kitchen, a double sofa bed and a bathroom. The double bedroom is on the mezzanine.

Apartment Anemone is a nice farmhouse of 160 square meters. It is divided in 2 level: , on the ground floor there are the living room and the kitchen, on the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms (each one has its own bathroom) and a suite (two communicating rooms: a double bedroom and a twin room with a bathroom). There is also an equipped private garden. You can book only a rooms or the whole farmhouse.
Anemone: 3 bedrooms, plus 1 two-bedroom suite, with bathrooms. In total, sleeps 10. Additional beds can be added. Private garden.

HIGH SEASON: Easter ,April 25, May 1, June 2, from 16 June to 15 September, November 1, from 21 December to 7 January.
Low season:: All other times.

Cancellation of bookings
Nothing is owed (repayment of any paid) if cancellation occurs up to 60 days before arrival.
30% of the total amount if the cancellation occurs between 59 and 30 days before arrival.
50% of the total amount if the cancellation occurs between 29 and 10 days before arrival.
100% of the total cost of stay if the cancellation occurs less than 10 days before arrival.
